HP 54645A megazoom Firmware

Hello
I have HP 54645A megazoom. After power on,  oscilloscope show normal screen with message address error, and any key doesn't work. I think it is problem with firmware.
i need firmware A.02.0x. to repalce old one.

clean the rotary encoders first. if the scope start then firmware is ok. you can't flash that scope. the firmware sit in UV eprom.

without conection keyboard is the same address error.
I know that,  firmware is on UV EPROM. I need 2 hex file to reprogram EPROM.
Do you have the same equipment? Are to able to dump firmware chips?
