Optical Encoder Replacement

Hi to everyone,
I want to replace the Optical Encoder "Part Number: 62P22-H4", but I can't find it anywhere. Do you know if can I install another with different part number and what characteristics have to be the same?

You can use all encoders that support waveform and truth table stuff from page 2.
