80E02 80E03 Tektronix Sampling Module Repair

Hi. Has anyone had any success repairing these modules? I could find little to no information regarding the servicing of them.

HI Richard, I used to repair it. The older series suffered from sample&hold chip overheating, so it either should be replaced, if you are lucky to find a good working one, or reworked with a daughter board.
