90° 3006 trimmer adapter / direction changer

Hi, I have been working on an old lab scale form Sartorius, 1979 vintage. inside I have found some odd (to me) plastic contraptions that are used to make a couple of trimmer adjustable from the top.
They snap on regular 3006 trimmers and allow them to be adjusted when the scale is assembled.
Being old brittle plastic they didn't take to well being adjusted and are broken.
are this thing still made anywhere? I cannot even find the right therm to search them.
