The resistor values ​​need to be clarified.
If desired, the resistor values ​​on the ceramic module can be measured using sharp probes, touching the pads and polygons.
I doubt the presence of resistor R10 (sputtering) under transistors T2, T3.

I had missed this origonaly because i was focused on the AC connecting to the negative rail shutting the supply down, but the supply also fails if i connect the DC negative to the ground but not when only the AC connects to ground
