Anyone have (and would upload directly) clear circuit schematic of fluorescent bulb's AC-DC power?

Preferably with brief explanation yet complete of start to end

If the classic energy saving bulb is meant, this circuit (without intelligent components) may fit

They're not AC to DC, they're AC to high frequency AC, with a DC intermediate step. Almost all CFL ballasts are based on a Royer oscillator.
