No sub-forum for tools (other than test equipment) so here I go.
I use glue guns lightly (maybe 20 10” sticks per year). A year ago I got a full-size (not mini) “low temp” (AKA not advertised as a high temp mode) glue gun. After a year the nozzle stopped flowing glue. These nozzles have a check ball in them so no simply unclogging it. Replacement nozzles NLA.
What’s the recommended high-temp glue gun? Bonus if replacement nozzles are available for it.
Thanks.

Insulated nozzle, but not replaceable. I don't see why a glue gun nozzle would clog--with what?

I've been using this one frequently for a couple of years:

I find the long nozzle really makes a difference in negotiating tight spaces - much more useful than you might think.

we use the surebonder brand, they are on 8hrs a day, 40hrs a week, and we use all year long, never had a trouble with them

there are commercial models out there google.
beware of hot melt guns cheaper ones.. they are known to start fire by themselves.. had a few myself do that. never leave unattended, unplug when not used
