A line on left and right side of monitor is it dangerous

I have an Lenovo monitor, when i turn it ON in the morning i noticed it has a small line on left and right side it disappears after 5 minutes.
I want to know is it some growing problem or dangerous sign toward monitor's life or something i should not take care of.

If it works nicely, ignore it.  If it gets much worse and interferes with operation, replace it.

First question: is it under warranty? If yes, better take advantage of it now.

There's absolutely no predicting if this will get worst, but at the same time, there's nothing you can really do about it to fix it or stop it.
