A3YV sot23 p-type mosfet

I apologize to ask, but can anyone lead me to a datasheet, or at least basic ratings for this miserable device holding me up in repairing this charging circuit? I have spent hours already.

It's more like AO3403 considering it has a 4 letter top marking.
