Doesnt boot . memory ok. have replaced and checked

Any help troubleshooting tips. PFA

Is the battery ok   obvious question  loll

If the battery is removed  after a while the board bios should reset ?? J2 is your clear cmos option

Is the supply ok,  they need a 5vdc and 12vdc on the connector (12vdc if you use an lcd interface ??)

you have a standby connector and the atx power button, are they okay ?

Is the bios chip  well seated in the socket, sometimes in the past, i  removed carefully the chip and put it back and some computers restarted

Do you boot it thru the compact flash card or the ata drive connector ?   could it be corrupted ?  since its your hard drive ?

Hello

Battery is okay.
Power supply is ok.
It boots through compact flash card. it is belonging to an analytical instrument

I cleaned the whole pcb with IPA. It did boot and again restarted multiple times. Now it is dead. No beep

Usually IPA contains also - water. Known to be not a great thing in combination with electronics.
Did you make sure your board was *really* dry (like putting into an oven at 50oC)? IPA will flow below ICs and parts, so if you did not properly dry it, you might have had shorts in one or more spaces.
