Advantest R3131 or R3131A firmware dump

Hello,
I am looking for firmware for Advantest R3131 - with the board like R3131A. This means motherboard version without CF card, with internal flash 29F800BA memory with FW.  Probably I have corrupted FW - halt status is generated by MCU after few cycles. I have tested free-run mode and it works, so MCU is probably OK.
Maybe somebody has this downloaded dump? Or can download?
I have only found on web the bin file - attached - and this is not the exactly same with my dump (but is similar with my dump - I do not know why - different version, or vecause could be used to be copy to the memory from disk..(?). I do not know if this could be written to flash memory as is - or some part?
