Agilent 33120A - 603, 604, 606, 608 error codes

I bought an Agilent 33120A 15 MHz Function / Arbitrary Waveform Generator off ebay that was a for parts, not working unit, to see if I could fix it. It displays a 603, 604, 606, 608 error codes. I have poked around a bit, but I'm drawing a blank. The voltages seem to be ok. Any other ideas on what I should look at?

Check the major filter capacitors (mainly the aluminum electrolytics).  From the service manual, the error codes point at two RAM circuits (U404 and U405 for error 603, U205 for the other errors).
