Agilent 33220A Display...

 This Agilent 33220A was marked "Bad Display" (see jpg)... Took a go at cleaning the encoder before trying to locate  Agilent P/N 0960-2545/ sub contractor cage code 09820 P/N REB161(9X5)PVB15FHINA1-2-24PCE and it came right up. If anyone else is looking at similar try cleaning first....

The odd multimeter or 2 or 3 or 4...or........can't remember !.
