Title: Agilent 33250A Hangs up on Self-Test

I have an Agilent 33250A that hangs up on Self-test even after a couple of minutes.
I can hear the relays switching inside while performing the self-test.
Can, anyone of you know how to resolve this kind of problem?

After around 3 hours of self-test. It passed.
Then when i perform again the self-test, it passed at around 30 seconds multiple times.
But when I power off the unit and turned it on again. It hangs again at self-test.
I suspect that it will take around 3 or 4 hours again to gain results.

I would start by checking the power supply voltage rails and then the caps.
