Yesterday I received a 34401a which was listed for parts and repair, quickly opened the meter and to my surprise I noticed that 1SK6-0001 Was missing |O.
So my question is any of these good?

I have no experience with the parts out of your aliexpress link
But, I have bought one of these at UT-Source before and was very happy with it and it fixed my Agilent meter
