Current clamp hall sensor IC

Hello!
I have this current clamp with broken hall sensor ic (Leads cracked off from the, cant solder to it)
Could anyone help me with identifying this SMD hall sensor? Current clamp is TECPEL DMC039 aka. extech 380941
It looks like it says .Q.

Similar Hall sensor was ID'd in this thread, there's a link to some parts to confirm marking code.

Saw that. Mine appears to have all 4 pins of same width.
