Thanks wraper, I avoid AliExpress if possible, although it may be the last one.
The good news is that there is anything at all.

I can't trust Aliexpress. My experience; they sell pieces that do not meet quality control. Why do they remove the st logo from the pictures...?  :-//

 Do they sell used ones at a higher price? (the available stock almost same like new ones) What is happening here?

Most likely they are both new. UTsource does not have any significant stock of components, they will procure them somewhere. Used usually means you will get NOS parts. Also there are parts which they procure themselves and parts sold by 3rd party sellers which use UTsource as marketplace.

Sad to see theses meters having this problem, is it originally overheating ?? some says they are not ??

I did bought in the past end of life parts from Utsource, never had problems ...
