Agilent 34465a white screen no booting

Warranty is gone so i have to fix it my self
The problem is no booting in white screen. And few minuet later it repeats turn it on and off itself.

What is the problem and how to fix it? Please help me

there's a few talk(s) about the 61 and 65 models

Do some search please ...    some talked about boot corruption / flash  ... or having some spear 3 mcu going dead

I can't help much except to say my 34461A had the white screen issue a while back, Keysight replaced the entire motherboard under warranty and I subsequently got the meter back with a new serial number.

So, All I can offer is that it's an issue on the motherboard somewhere.... Not much help....

I have to change the spear Mcu first…

had '65A new, afrer one day had totally black screen.

Known issue in connectors or LCD.

Suggest to open up, cehck all ribbon/flex cabls and connectors.

Agilent/keysight service is the best but costly.

Perhaps easier to sell on epay "for parts" and get a new one.

The finest meter you can get!

I found that spear320s-2 mcu is 110 degree Celsius. It is too hot like burned. I think it is the problem

I have the same failure, very hot MCU Spear320 (almost 150°C), I request local CZ Keysight service for new one (part No. 34465-66522) / repair
