Agilent 4395A - Network Impedance Analyzer, Power Supply repair

I'm in the process of repairing two broken Agilent 4395A - Network / Impedance / Spectrum Analyzers. Both have dead 24V power supplies.
I repaired one by swapping in a different power supply. The other one, I was able to repair the supply. Next I'll try to repair the other one.
