Agilent 4395A Repair Help

Wondering if anyone has any experience repairing the A3 Tracking Source board (E4970-66503)?

No block diagram in the service manual.

Unit passes all Internal tests.

It appears some DC voltage is leaking. It may be a common fault as e-bay sellers describing the same symptoms, (noise from 10Hz to 30Khz).





I set the start and stop frequency to 10Hz and the waveform on the oscilloscope shows a spike and a notch.




Doesn't show up on full spectrum.
