Marconi 2019 - Reverse power protection

Hi there,

Some time ago, my Marconi 2019 became locked in what I believe is a reverse power protection mode. The keypad is frozen, unresponsive, and the LED labeled "RF LEVEL / REV PWR RESET" is lit (please refer to the attached picture).

Does anyone on the forum have any insights or experience with this issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
