The service manuals for the HP 83711/2A and 83731A/2A (And HP 70340A, since this module shares the same hardware) are available at Artek Manuals. These also include the 5060-7093 CLIP.

Not sure what the differences are between the A and B versions of the instrument but you might be able to get quite far with these.

Hello, I'm considering picking up a not working HP 70340A for repair. But first I have to ensure I can find a complete service manual. In this CLIP manual from Artek, is there included the full service manual, or just the schematics? The Ebay listing says there are only 120 pages, which seems too little for a complete service manual. https://www.ebay.com/itm/370696650047

I have that (70340-90010) and it's just the schematics including bill of materials and components placement pictures.

83731-90131 service guide may be of help.
