Agilent dso 8104a dead motherboard replacement

Looking for suggestions on a replacment motherboard for Agilent 8064A motherboard. The scope uses standard Intel D915GUX with a custom Bios. Do you guys think replacing the bios chip from the scope's defective motherboard  to a standard desktop PC D915GAG would work ?

I believe any Motherboard / CPU combo that supports Windows XP (and fits) would be easiest.  PC is generic - nothing special in the BIOS.  Folks have also upgraded to these to Windows 10 in the past but that's a bit more involved.

Does anyone know if there is bios update for Intel D915GUX in Dso8000 oscillscope available from Keysight ?
