As seems to be a very common problem my DSO-X 3034A doesnt work......
The VP23V line which ends up being the lcd bias line is at 0V which may, or may not be a consequence of the NAND corruption and a low enable line. I wanted to know if keyisght were still accepting the NAND corruption for free repair?
And if not how would i go about repairing the firmware?
The full list of symptoms is,
1. VP23V is at 0v
2. The front panel LEDs come on and flash once and then just stay on in some slightly random pattern.
3. the front panel pcb is receiving 0.7v on the 13v line which i sent over through a mosfet which isnt turned on.
4. The scope doesnt boot at all and isnt detected over usb.
