Function Generator 100Khz 60mV to CH1 and CH2

I don't have coax, oscilloscope test leads to Generator

I can't attach a photo (invalid filename ... ¿?)

You really need a coax. As far as i remember, the scope switches 50 ohm termination on for this measurement and with a probe attached that will basically short out the probe and will have very low level input signal. For the CTE cal, you need equal length of coax from the source to the two inputs. So you need two or three pieces of coax and a tee to divide the signal into two paths. The length of the two pieces from the tee to the scope should be equal.
You could try manually switching off the 50 ohm termination when the calibration begins, it may or may not help.
Best is to get some coax test leads, and connectors, you will for sure need them later anyway for various measurements.
