Agilent E4438C Service Software - Model from driver issue

Hey All,

Wondering if anyone has gotten this running? I have a Win 7 x86 VM setup with IO Libraries Suite running - I can connect to the E4438C via GPIB and to an IDN - When I try running the service software and provide the information to the app I get an error dialog showing "Could not retrieve model from driver":



Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong or missing?

Was chatting with a guy from Keysight and he suggested changing the SICL address from the default "gpib0" to "hpib7" - That solved the problem:



Service software now running.
