Agilent E5061 won’t boot

Oh great and wise ones,

I recently acquired anE5061a etwork analyzer that will not boot. It seems to be stuck in a loop where it shows me the bios message, blanks the screen, sits for a minute, and then comes back to the bios. I can boot from a floppy disk and look at the hard disk image without error. So I’m fairly convinced the disc is otherwise fine but some critical part of the windows image is corrupted.
The short version of this is that I think I need to reinstall windows 2000 and the operating software for the analyzer. Is there anywhere I can get a replacement hard disk with all this pre-loaded, an image I can do onto a bare drive, or the floppies required to do an install.
