Agilent infiniium oscilloscope option ID corruption issue

Does anyone know where the option ID is stored on Agilent infinitum 54855a oscilloscope ? I replaced one of the bad PCI card and after rebooting it seems like option ID got corrupted. Anyway to fix it ? In the picture that is the actual ID being shown by the scope after boot up.
