Agilent / Keysight Technologies DSOX2024A doesn't boot

I have an Agilent Technologies DSOX2024A oscilloscope bought in October 2012.
I use it as hobby so very infrequently. It is as new and has very few hours of work. A few days ago I tried to turn it on and it freezes at boot. No way, it does not start; it stops at the loading screen and remains there, with light on push-button that turn on and off periodically.
I read that the problem is well known so... Does Keysight launched a repair services?
How can I fix the problem? I had paid 3500 euro from Farnell. An investment for the future, I thought ...
By entering the code on the site I get that the warranty has expired (3 years warranty europe).

As far as I know the problem is indeed well known and will be fixed under warranty even if your original warranty has expired. Give Keysight a call.

After some month, I confirm that HP-Agilent repairs oscilloscopes also not under warranty (my warranty had expired by one year and a few days) free of charge if the problem is due to that famous flash data retention. The only expense I paid is shipping (one-way; they have paid the shipping back)
So... a positive judgment for Agilent!
