I haven't visited either of the following URLs ...

"Agilent/Keysight E3631A Power Supply Secondary Board 30-04-0001-12 Digital PWB"

Edit:

This service manual has no reference to this PCB???

Fzabkar,
Very funny ! Ha ha
Your links are garbage and the E3631A does not use a  separate digital board.

Looks a lot like the board out of an E3646A, but has a slightly different layout, maybe a different variant of the same power supply.

Hi Defpom,
Yes it has the same connection layout as the E3646A but It also looks like it has a lot less components. It does say revision A but could it be so different?
by the way, I'm a big fan of your youtube Videos! Thanks.

Defpom ,
Was Right ! it is from an Agilent E3646A and even better I found the problem with it.
It was not working and the voltages were all over the place when I installed it in an E3646A.  If you look around the net you will see a totally different PCB used in the E3646A , this is why i suspected it was the wrong PCB.
Well anyhow, there is two electrolytic's on the PCB , both read good in value but one was leaking really bad. I replaced it and all booted up fine. Note: The revision A , digital PCB is not what you see in the manuals and not what you will see on the net.
Now to finish the repair. Channel one is perfect and channel 2 is dead. Should be easy enough now.

Thanks all,
