I've got this issue on the U1232A Agilent multimeter. The sound of the beeper is almost silent. I tried to change the piezo element with a new piece but it is still the same. Later I connected the beeper terminals to the oscilloscope. The screenshots are from the Power-On sound melody - with piezo speaker connected and without speaker connected. Probably something went wrong on the PCB, but I need a clue where to start. Thank you very much.
