agilent U1602B

Hello. I bought an oscilloscope Agilent U1602B and attempted to update to 1.1.5 firware update file and wrong bin. The program was interrupted while deleting your bug report. Unbinding the battery does not help only comes on a gray screen on the oscilloscope and the lack of communication with the computer. The program update does not connect to the oscilloscope. Help.

The U1602b is still current, Talk to Keysight.

The odd multimeter or 2 or 3 or 4...or........can't remember !.
