Thrustmaster T300RS repair

Hi Everyone

I have a friend's Thrustmaster T300RS for repair. I have spotted a cracked component on the board, and I need some help identifying what it is exactly. It has MCC 43A marked on it. Is there anyone here who may be able to help with finding a replacement part, or a suitable alternative?

It looks like a diode that has been blown up by heavy current. What is what I assume to be a connector the other side of the board connected to ?
Does this unit have an external power adapter ? Could it have been connected to one of the wrong voltage or polarity by mistake ?

This is a diode, reference MCC43A.
Is there someone know where I can find it ?

The diode is connected to the motor of the steering wheel...
Do you think that the problem could come of the motor ? Or it's only the diode which passed out ?
