Hello; I have to replace the chip on board of this multimeter, can you tell me if it is well: ICL7106 ??? Thank you for your help (if someone has the schema?)

Yes it is, but it is the COB version, and a replacement chip is likely to actually cost more than the meter itself. What makes you suspect the IC is faulty, they generally are reasonably robust and survive a lot unless you blow up the input along with it as well.
