Agilent/Keysight DSO5000 Series Problem Channel 2

The self-calibration stops at the second channel. You can see in the picture that something is wrong. Hysteresis error is the reason for the termination. Do any of you have an idea? Is that fixable? I am grateful for every idea.

Have you opened the case? Any visible abnormalities?
Did you make some measurements in the front end?
