Title: Aixun T3A damaged IC

Hi everybody. One of my T3A is damaged. The bad component is an IC which I cannot find. Maybe somebody here will know which one it is. I include a pic of the IC in question. It hasn’t ground plane in the back.
Please help me if possible. I’m in a hurry. TIA!

After a quick search turns out it's a Power/Charger IC by On-Bright as one chinese site mentioned...

…and I don’t have the uCode to program the ARM uPc. The board has the pins to program it from scratch, but I have only the firmware to be programmed thru the USB C port 8-(
