analogic 2045 waveform synthesizers firmware

hello.
i am from korea.
recentry, i bought a analogic 2045 waveform synthesizer which is not working in vfd display.
after many time analysis about vfd display, finaly i success enableling the display. i repaired 74ls series ic( 74ls05, 74ls11, 74ls393) that make a problem in vfd bais voltage. after that, there is another problem. the display stucked at "self test progress" and there is no message" press any key". i think maybe there are any problem in firmware. so next process is not doing. anyone help for firmware update? i cannot find any repair manual, and firmware about analogic 2045. please sent me a firmware about analogic 2045.
