Another mystery IC

I am repairing a Motorola handheld radio and as part of the fault finding I found a shorted IC but after an hour of googling I have found no further information about its function. There is a company in Ireland (Donberg Electronics) that has 2 in stock but even they have no further details or a datasheet for it. I would like to know what it is before going ahead with an order. Any help in identification would be greatly appreciated. Karl

found this : T30C30   RF IC PA Driver & LNA TEMIC

a few sell this ic in the web, ebay has one selling this ???

lots of fake service manual links ...

Looks like you have had better luck with google than me. I did find the one on Ebay which may be worth a look. Donbergs are cheaper per unit but there is a minimum order value. Thanks for the replies. Karl.

I have bitten the bullet and ordered a couple from Little Diode on Ebay after they accepted a best offer price, still no luck with a data sheet but you can't win them all. Karl
