This 3-phase controller board has a few of these, I have some guesses but nothing definitive. Has anyone seen these before? And if so, any part numbers I could reference and research?

power mosfets, bare die, direct wirebond to substrate. not easily identifyable. only known to device manufacturer

so wonder the golden etching is pure gold or copper, or mix?
isn't it usually B E is short in comm. E config. ?

Its a single sided board on aluminum. My initial thought, was this was some kind of passive that would dissipate heat from the pads which some of them have +24V.
