Anyone have firmware of chroma 6314A ?

Hi All,
I'm currently upgrade my chroma 6312A to 6314A mainframe ( a newer A verison). So I need fw of U103 from 6314A .
I'm appreciated for provide me this file

well，i have several pcs，including 6314 and 6334.but  u should first tell me,how to get the fw from u103,first.

you need programer like Tl866 to read this file  . in 6310A series  chroma use tsop package so need ...desolder this. :phew:
in older model 6310 series they use dip package with removable socket
seem too risky for you  :-[
