Hey all, I ordered a manual from Artek to which I received an email from Mrs. Linda stating she would be unable to send the manual for a few weeks due to being in the hospital. I sent another email about a month later to check up on her and haven’t received any work back. Just wondering if anyone knows anything?
I did not send an email to the company email address. I may do that but I just wanted to check on here first. Thanks!

I'm not aware of anything in particular, but I suggest giving it some more time. My understanding is Linda has been running the business solo after Dave's passing, so delays are to be expected. Their scans are worth the wait.
What manual are you looking for? If it's something I happen to have on hand, I'll be happy to share a digital copy.

I believe that may be the best course of action as well. As for the manual I ordered, it was HP part number 08640-90197.

I ordered a manual from Artek on September 11th. Answer from Mrs. Henderson was she was in hospital and would be unable to send it for a week. So I contacted her again on September, 18th. Answer was manual would be sent as soon as possible. I tried to contact again on October, 3rd and 18th. No answer. I also tried company mail address. No answer.
Perhaps the hurricanes are the cause of this, but I'm worried about Mrs. Henderson health. Still waiting.

Ordered two manuals on the 29th Oct, they were received within an hour.
There was a delay to the previous order, due to hurricane Milton , I was contacted about this, the order was sent a few days later.

Well, I still can't get any answer from Artek Manuals.

Not sure what is happening with your order, the download links are from 'dropbox' and the email with the link might have ended up in your spam folder.
I've ordered another manual this afternoon, the download link was received within 2 hours.

I'm not sure about our orders either. I just checked my spam folder and regular folder and nothing. Not entirely sure what to do other than send another email.

Not the first time I order a manual from Artek Manuals, so I know you get a dropbox link within an email. No download link received. There is nothing about it on my spam folder, either. And no answer to my emails since September, 18th, as said before.

I also need the service manual for HP 08640-90197,
but since I am not sure of receiving it I am reluctant to order it.

Update: sent an email to the business email and got a reply the same day. She sent the Dropbox link shortly after.

No luck here, so I asked PayPal for a refund today and got it almost immediately.

I have to say, I just looked into my spam folder a minute ago and there was the dropbox link, sent to me on November, 19, the very same day the dispute at PayPal was opened and resolved.
So I sent again the refunded 11,50 bucks. Then I tried to contact on the webform, but it isn't working.
At this time, I'm a little bit fed up with all these problems to contact Artek Manuals. Since I sent back the payment, I think all is OK now. But I wonder what will happen next time...
