I long ago got rid of my PROM burning stuff, but suddenly find myself needing the BIN out of a vintage 2716.  Is there anyone in or around Chicago that can assist me as a one-off?  Send me a message if you can, and many thanks.

You can get a bare board Willem on ebay for practically nothing.  They're very easy to use.  It would probably end up being faster (and maybe cheaper depending on how you value your time) than hooking up with someone local.
