Found on a fujifilm camera. I'm hoping that a new switch will help me fix this :-//

That's are micro switches.
Try to search for micro switch for your camera.
I would send the picture to some fuji repair center and ask them for info.
I do that often for other stuff and they are in most of case help me.

Panasonic ESE23Fxxx series looks like a good candidate https://industrial.panasonic.com/cdbs/www-data/pdf/ATB0000/ATB0000C16.pdf (https://industrial.panasonic.com/cdbs/www-data/pdf/ATB0000/ATB0000C16.pdf)

The photo shows three switches on a PCB. Which switch are you trying to fix?
The top one in the photo looks like a tact-switch, but given that it's from a camera, it may well be a dual-action type (press gently to focus, press a bit harder to expose).
The switches in the PDF referred to above look about right for the lower two switches in the photo.
