I picked up a non-working Clarke-Hess model 828 calibrator and now have it working for the most part.

The only remaining issue (that I'm aware of) is excessive ripple in dc mode, the specification is actually pretty loose for this "<1%rms at full scale".

So if you have a functioning 828, the following two measurements would be quite helpful. Scope capture of ac ripple, so ac coupled, 20MHz limit, simple single ended measurement as well as differential.

1) DC mode voltage set to 0.999 in 10V mode, so 9.99V
2) DC mode voltage set to 1.999 in 10V mode, so 19.99V
