APC rack PDU AP8632 communication problem

For some days, I have a flood of email on my AP8632 that are saying: component communications  lost with outlet board 1 meter,  component communications  lost with outlet board 2 meter,  component communications  lost with outlet board 3 meter,  component communications  lost with phase meter,  communications lost, NMC CAN bus off, NMC CAN bus off cleared, .... Also every measure are 0 for Volt and Ampere.
I got around 2 messages by minute. I follow the APC recommandations, unplug the display module and plug it again. Nothing change and errors come again.

But, I just remark that the cable for the display module has some angles, and due to that I suspect that there could a bad electric contact in this cable, which could cause the problem.
May a have a good guess or do you have any other ideas for such a problem. Thank you.
