I will check and provide an update. Even if the chance it can be repaired are very thin I would like to confirm where is the fault.

I did some measurements with the isolation tester, look like the internal resistor of the tube failed open. Unfortunately there is no way to fix it.

Just wondering are there some consumer TV with the same tube (A51JKQ10X) ?
From what I found online GVM-2020 and PVM-1960 might work but both are very hard to find.
Any other options?
