APC SRT 5000 UPS - part identification.

Does anyone recognize the markings on this fuse?

Its a 5000w ups only a few months out of warranty.

Can run from the batteries, but won’t charge the batteries.

Littelfuse 808 series fuse, 3 amp.

Obviously, something else in the circuit probably failed if the fuse blew like that (looks like it would have been a dead short, not just a slight overload, from all of the vaporized metal expelled from the fuse.
