Here I have a blown Apple Cinema 23" display power supply, the A1097.
Some resistors were blown right off the board and now I'm trying to figure out how they were really connected without having the schematics.
This example is of a similar board:

It concerns of the four '103' resistors in the middle.
I already found out (by not fully discinerated PCB traces) that R2 is connected to the diode above it and R1 is going to the drain pin of a STQ1NC45R mosfet. Also, R1 and R2 are serially connected, so are R3 and R4. Here the known connections:

I think they are also connected one of the below possibilities, which one would be logical? I don't even know what this circuit is for (feedback? sense? voltage divider?).

Also inverted the colors on that specific location. There seem to be more connections visible but I don't just really know for sure.

All the possibilities are tested and specifically R1 is getting very hot, around 90 degrees, but the other 3 resistors are maxing out on 40 degrees. Original these are 3/4 Watt smd resistors; I'm testing the circuit with 2W through holes. I know for sure there is a short (to ground) somewhere but that's for later, now I have to know how these 4 resistors interconnect with eachother.
My blown board looked like this (already cleaned most of it and remasked it with green PCB paint):

All suggestions are welcome!
Thanks!
