Are the various flavours of MPC860 device pin compatible - repairing a TDS3054B

I need to replace an MPC860DEZP50D4 (the main processor) device in a TDS3054B Tektronix oscilloscope.

I can't find the DE device anywhere, but I have found a EN device ( MPC860ENVR66D4 ).
It is a 'faster version (66Mhz vs 50Mhz) and has 4 Ethernet channels instead of 2 and 4 Serial Communications Controllers instead of 2 according to the H/W spec

It seems that all of the 860 devices have the same BGA pinout.

What are peoples opinions, can I swap a MPC860EN device in instead of a MPC860DE device?
