Are these capacitors Rubycons, or did I get scammed?

mathsquid:
I purchased some capacitors on Ebay to repair a monitor.  The ad said that the caps were Rubycons, and the picture on the ad showed capacitors with the rubycon logo.  They just arrived, and there is no Rubycon logo on them. I'm attaching two pictures below of the capacitors that I received.

To me this looks like a clear case of bait and switch, but contact them or leave negative feedback, I wanted to ask here if there is any chance that these are actual Rubycons.

ETA:  The seller I bought them from has 100% Positive feedback, with a score of 400, and this was a $5 purchase including shipping.

That's the logo for Nippon Chemi-Con, which if they're real is another good Japanese brand comparable to Rubycon. I'd still ask the seller.

Thanks for the help.  I'm going to use them, but I sent a message to the seller.

AKM:
Those are definitely KY series from Nippon Chemi-Con(if genuine).  Without knowing which series and from where you purchased(post the ebay listing), we can`t say if those are worse or better; but they shouldn`t have sent you anything other whithout contacting you first.
